The oil market is a volatile environment, U.S. energy secretary says

Volatility is still weighing on oil markets, U.S. Strength Secretary Jennifer Granholm mentioned Saturday, reiterating phone calls for additional supplies.

Asked to remark on the point out of oil marketplaces, she explained to CNBC’s Sri Jegarajah that “you can find no question that there is a volatile environment” — a problem that the White Household is monitoring.
