The Justice Department submitted two federal criminal expenses Monday against David DePape, who is accused of viciously attacking Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in the couple’s San Francisco household.

The new federal criminal criticism claims evidence displays DePape “was geared up to detain and injure Speaker Pelosi when he entered the Pelosi home in the early morning” Friday, when DePape was toting zip ties, tape, rope, and at least just one hammer.

And when Paul Pelosi told DePape that Nancy Pelosi “would not be residence for various days,” DePape “reiterated that he would wait,” the complaint alleges.

“DePap also later defined that by breaking Nancy’s kneecaps, she would then have to be wheeled into Congress, which would exhibit other Members of Congress there had been implications to steps,” according to the complaint.

DePape, 42, was charged with assaulting an instant relatives member of a United States formal with the intent to retaliate in opposition to the formal on account of the effectiveness of official obligations. He also was billed with tried kidnapping.

Regulation enforcement officers which include FBI agents on Sunday obtained Pelosi’s account of the household invasion, a supply with information of the investigation told NBC.
