European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde is giving a press meeting immediately after the bank’s most recent financial plan decision.

The ECB declared Thursday a 75-foundation-point interest level hike — its 3rd consecutive increase this calendar year — while also revealing new ailments for European banks.
