Russian missile strike on Lviv condominium block kills at minimum four, Ukrainian authorities say

A Russian missile assault struck a four-story condominium block overnight in the western Ukrainian town of Lviv, killing at least 4 people today and injuring 34, according to Ukrainian authorities.
