NATO international ministers are gathering in Brussels, wherever the alliance’s Secretary-Basic Jens Stoltenberg is proposing a five-yr, 100 billion euro ($107 billion) armed service and fund for Ukraine. It is not but very clear wherever the revenue would occur from.

The U.K.’s Overseas Minister David Cameron in the meantime is urging member states to commit additional in defense and raise industrial output, indicating it is important if the alliance would like Ukraine to defeat Russia.

In other places, Ukraine’s air defenses shot down 4 Iranian-built Shahen drones fired from Russia overnight, its air power reported in a statement.
