Two former eBay executives had been supplied jail time Thursday for their involvement in a cyberstalking scheme that focused a few behind an e-commerce site that was perceived as important of the enterprise.

Baugh, Harville and other individuals also traveled from California to the Steiners’ house to surveil the couple. They hoped to set up a GPS tracker on the couples’ vehicle, but the garage was locked, so Harville procured tools to split in..

Wenig, who resigned as CEO in 2019, is not named in the case. The Steiners have filed a independent lawsuit versus eBay, Wenig and previous senior vice president Steve Wymer. That situation ise pending.
