The New York Town grand jury that for nearly two months has been hearing testimony and reviewing evidence connected to a hush income payment benefiting former President Donald Trump is established to resume function Monday.
The grand jury, which could be asked to challenge an indictment of Trump today, returns two days immediately after he spoke to supporters at his 2024 presidential campaign’s very first rally in Waco, Texas.
