India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi will satisfy U.S. President Joe Biden for a one-on-1 bilateral assembly as entire world leaders assemble in New Delhi for the Team of 20 summit. Critics say Modi is using the summit as a leverage to start out campaigning early for elections.
