The company earned 12 cents, excluding items, per share in the fourth quarter, missing the consensus forecast of analysts polled by FactSet by 7 cents. However, KBW called the premarket sell-off “overdone.” Petco — The pet goods retailer jumped 7% after a recent SEC filing showed that CEO Joel Anderson purchased nearly 1.6 million shares. CoreWeave — Shares of the Nvidia-backed cloud computing company fell 1.2%. This comes after the stock surged almost 42% Tuesday, during its third trading day. Newsmax — The conservative cable news network’s stock fell 21%, erasing some of the massive gains it saw this week following its debut on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday. Shares soared 179% in the previous trading session and 700% on their first official trading day. Meta Platforms — Shares of the Facebook parent declined 1% after a U.S. Senate investigative subcommittee opened a review into Meta’s efforts to gain entry into the Chinese market. The senators are seeking extensive documents, including records of communication between Meta and Chinese government officials, according to a Reuters report . ServiceNow —The software stock slipped around 1% after Stifel reduced its price target on shares. Stifel cited “mid-market uncertainty” as tariff pressures weigh on the economy. Hims & Hers Health — The stock dropped 7% in the premarket, putting it on track to add to its recent decline.
