While Nike beat expectations on the top and bottom lines in the fiscal fourth quarter, the company said sales dropped 12% from the same period a year prior. CorMedix — The biopharmaceutical stock tumbled 10% after announcing a common stock offering of $85 million. The offering is being done through RBC Capital Markets. Core Scientific — Shares climbed 1%, building on Thursday’s 33% rally. The move higher came after The Wall Street Journal reported that CoreWeave , an artificial intelligence infrastructure vendor, was in talks to acquire Core Scientific. Concentrix — Shares tumbled 9% after the technology and services company posted $2.70 in earnings per share, excluding items, for the second quarter, missing the estimate of $2.75 a share from analysts polled by FactSet. However, the company reported $2.42 billion in revenue, exceeding the Wall Street forecast of $2.38 billion.
