The legal protection attorney for Steve Bannon reported the former Trump White Property senior advisor is traveling Wednesday to New York Town to put together to surrender in the early morning to deal with prices in a new indictment.

The New York situation is the 2nd pending criminal motion Bannon faces.

In July, he was convicted of two counts of contempt of Congress for refusing to testify just before the find Property committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot by Trump supporters.
