Singapore launches corruption probe involving transport minister


Singapore’s Key Minister Lee Hsien Loong claimed July 12 that he has instructed the country’s transportation minister S. Iswaran to go on depart after he was implicated in an anti-graft company investigation.

SINGAPORE — Singapore’s Key Minister Lee Hsien Loong has asked the country’s transport minister to go on depart after he was implicated in an anti-graft company investigation.

S. Iswaran is among the numerous unnamed people at the moment helping Singapore’s Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau in investigations and he will be on depart right until investigations are completed, Lee reported in a statement Wednesday.

“I have instructed Minister Iswaran to take go away of absence until these investigations are accomplished,” Lee claimed, with out elaborating on the particulars of the circumstance.
