As the fourth female president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Julia Penny is aware what it can take to do well in business enterprise. These are her biggest lessons.

As the fourth woman president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Julia Penny is familiar with what it will take to be successful in enterprise.

Even with her passion for her get the job done, Penny’s route to her work was not simple.
