Russia&#x27s drones, missiles target Ukraine&#x27s critical infrastructure, Kyiv claims

Russia introduced drone and missile attacks targeting civilian and essential infrastructure across broad areas of Ukraine, Kyiv’s Air Power explained on Sunday.

Preliminary info did not display any casualties in the attacks, the air force explained on the Telegram messaging app.

Russia and Ukraine have increased their air attacks on just about every other’s territory in the latest months, concentrating on significant navy, strength and transport infrastructure.

The air drive explained Russia attacked the central Poltava area with two ballistic missiles fired from the Iskander ballistic missile procedure, and three floor-to-air missiles in excess of the Donetsk area in the east.

Filip Pronin, governor of Poltava area, wrote on Telegram that the assault struck an industrial site in the city of Kremenchuk, sparking a fireplace. Photos posted on social media showed unexpected emergency crews battling a blaze.

Even more southeast in the Zaporizhzhia region, Governor Yuri Malashko said an infrastructure web site experienced been hit in a drone assault. Crisis crews had been at the web-site, Malashko stated, but gave no details of hurt or casualties.

Ukraine’s air protection methods destroyed 4 of eight Russia-launched drones overnight, the air drive explained.
