Russia’s Putin says he will quickly meet with China President Xi as war in Ukraine drags on

WASHINGTON — Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed Friday that he will before long satisfy with Chinese President Xi Jinping as the Kremlin’s war in Ukraine drags on.
