Russia pounded the Ukrainian town of Kharkiv with missiles and drones in the hrs main into New Year’s Eve, Ukrainian officers mentioned, several hours immediately after Moscow accused Kyiv of carrying out a lethal air assault just across the border on nearby Belgorod.
