He characterized the unprovoked war in Ukraine as a struggle for Russia’s long term, an hard work that Putin reported involves unity among the its forces. The Russian chief reported, “I repeat, any inner turmoil is a deadly menace to our statehood, to us as a country.”

“We will secure both equally our individuals and our statehood from any threats. Such as — from interior betrayal,” Putin reported. “And what we are confronted with is exactly a betrayal. Exorbitant ambitions and particular passions led to treason.”

As tensions mounted concerning the paramilitary leader and senior defense officials, Prigozhin had been watchful to not immediate his criticism towards the Kremlin and Putin.
