Russia’s parliament speaker on Saturday proposed banning the routines of the Intercontinental Criminal Court (ICC) soon after the court docket issued an arrest warrant for President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of the war crimes.

Vyacheslav Volodin, an ally of Putin’s, mentioned that Russian legislation must be amended to prohibit any exercise of the ICC in Russia and to punish any who gave “assistance and help” to the ICC.
