Federal prosecutors on Tuesday asked a judge to get previous Trump White House aide Steven Bannon to start out serving his four-month jail sentence for contempt of Congress, citing a the latest appeals court selection upholding his conviction.

Bannon was convicted of two counts of legal contempt of Congress in July 2022.
