NYSE insider Jay Woods is keeping a close eye this week on one particular sector that could see continued momentum as the U.S. escalates its action in Venezuela. Woods, chief market strategist at Freedom Capital Markets, said that an “under-the-radar” sector he’s watching is material stocks, represented by the XLB exchange-traded fund . Materials stocks are affected by low prices in crude, Woods said, and are now breaking out. (Watch full video above.)
