Oil refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar location broken in Ukraine drone attack, authorities say


Slavyansk oil refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar location was ruined in a Ukraine drone attack, nearby authorities explained on Saturday.

There ended up a total of nine attacks on the tank farm and distillation column, Roman Siniagovskyi, head of the Slavyansk administrative district, stated on Telegram.

“The tank farm was not damaged owing to the organized defense process. The distillation column was. The hearth was removed by joint attempts of liable products and services,” Siniagovskyi stated.

A fire broke out in little area at the refinery, local crisis expert services said, and was later extinguished.

Russia’s Defence Ministry said on Saturday its air defense models experienced intercepted and ruined 66 Ukrainian drones over the territory of the Krasnodar location, and two extra over the Crimean peninsula.
