North Korea designs to start satellite rocket involving May perhaps 27 and June 4, Japan Coastline Guard suggests

North Korea has notified Japan of its approach to start a rocket carrying a area satellite in the direction of the Yellow Sea and east of Luzon Island concerning Could 27 and June 4, the Japan Coast Guard stated.

The observe will come in advance of a trilateral summit meeting among Japan, South Korea and China scheduled to consider area later on Monday.
