Just in time for the streaming debut of its hotly expected “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery,” the streaming service’s advertising team has shown the film’s eponymous Greek island compound on the common genuine estate site.

The fictional Zillow listing for the 17-bed room, 22-toilet, 29,000-sq.-foot “Extravagant Island Commune” has a price tag of $450 million, which may well be a reference to the volume Netflix reportedly shelled out for the rights to a second and 3rd movie in the franchise showcasing detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig).

The 26 acre house, which in the movie is owned by eccentric tech billionaire Miles Bron, performed by Edward Norton, boasts a one “rooftop parking house.”

The fictional 26-acre listing boasts 17 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms and 1 “rooftop parking space.”
