When Walter’s father arrived at the home, the dad informed investigators “of his son’s psychological instability and prior background of becoming dedicated to a Florida healthcare facility,” the FBI agent wrote.

Walter’s mother later advised police he experienced been “identified with an unspecified psychosis,” in accordance to the affidavit.
