WASHINGTON — House Speaker Kevin McCarthy reported Thursday that he is optimistic that congressional negotiators could attain a offer to elevate or suspend the debt ceiling in time to hold a Dwelling vote on it future week.

“I see the route that we can arrive to an agreement,” McCarthy instructed reporters in the Capitol. “And I feel we have a structure now and everybody’s doing work tricky, and I signify, we’re performing two or 3 instances a day, then heading again getting a lot more figures.”
