Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia’s prime minister, tells CNBC’s Martin Soong as part of The CNBC Dialogue, that his region will have to reopen negotiations with Goldman Sachs on the 1MDB funds laundering scandal. He stated he’s “not discounting the possibility of proceeding once more [with] the challenge [of] lawsuits.”
