Major U.S. spy agency states more stability guidance from allies is important for Ukraine to prevail

WASHINGTON – The director of America’s prime spy agency described Russia’s war in Ukraine as a “grinding conflict” that will involve the West to continue to supply safety help offers in buy for Kyiv to prevail.
