Japanese Key Minister Fumio Kishida urged the U.S. Thursday to continue on participating in a main role in the environment as it faces threats to democracy and the financial order.

Kishida instructed lawmakers at a joint meeting of Congress that the entire world is at a pivotal minute that will determine the up coming stage of history.
