Iran sentences previous president’s daughter to a 5-12 months prison time period

The activist daughter of previous Iranian president Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani has been sentenced to 5 a long time in jail, her lawyer said on Tuesday.

The law firm did not give element of the charges towards Faezeh Hashemi. But Tehran’s community prosecutor indicted Hashemi past 12 months on rates of “propaganda versus the system”, according to the semi-formal ISNA information company.
