When Judge Kaplan explained to Tacopina that Trump was speaking to the general public about problems he was not meant to converse about, the lawyer accused Carroll’s attorneys of leaking to the media that two mock juries they held for the situation had dominated that Trump was civilly liable for raping and defaming her, according to tweets from reporters in court.
