I’m a psychology qualified in Finland, the No. 1 happiest state in the world—here are 3 issues we under no circumstances do


For 5 yrs in a row, Finland has ranked No. 1 as the happiest country in the entire world, according to the World Joy Report. 

In 2022’s report, folks in 156 countries ended up requested to “value their lives today on a to 10 scale, with the worst possible life as a .” It also seems at things that add to social help, life expectancy, generosity and absence of corruption.

As a Finnish thinker and psychology researcher who studies the fundamentals of happiness, I’m generally requested: What accurately helps make people in Finland so extremely pleased with their lives?

To maintain a superior good quality of daily life, right here are 3 points we in no way do:

2. We never forget about the positive aspects of mother nature.
