On Monday, Israel ordered civilians in japanese Rafah to evacuate, introducing to fears that Israel designs to invade the southern town.

NBC Information previously noted that the offer would have to have Hamas to launch 33 hostages in trade for Israel agreeing to release Palestinian prisoners and pause military functions, which would relieve the stream of humanitarian assist into Gaza.
