Grand jury asked to indict Trump foe Letitia James, MSNBC reports

A top federal prosecutor appointed by President Donald Trump presented evidence on Thursday to a grand jury in Virginia in an effort to obtain a criminal indictment against New York Attorney General Letitia James, a foe of Trump, MSNBC reported.

The same prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan, recently obtained a grand jury indictment against another long-time Trump antagonist, former FBI Director James Comey.
