Google CEO Sundar Pichai claimed artificial intelligence is like local weather modify in that it will proliferate around the globe, and that individuals across the world share a duty to develop guardrails.

At the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO summit in San Francisco on Thursday, Pichai was asked by Bloomberg’s Emily Chang how to get to a worldwide consensus on “good AI regulation.”
