

The names of two of FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s guarantors were being revealed on Wednesday, following an unsealing motion from media businesses together with CNBC was granted by a Manhattan federal judge.
Bankman-Fried was unveiled on $250 million recognizance bond in December following he was indicted on felony fraud prices. In all, there were 4 guarantors, which include his mom and dad, to assure Bankman-Fried’s cooperation with pretrial detention demands.
The other two guarantors are now recognised to be Larry Kramer, who is president of the William and Flora Hewlett Basis and dean emeritus at Stanford Legislation College, and Andreas Paepcke, a senior investigation scientist at Stanford University. Each of Bankman-Fried’s mom and dad, Joe Bankman and Barbara Fried, are on the school of Stanford. They live around the university.
