FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried will fly to New York Wednesday night time immediately after a collection of chaotic and contentious courtroom hearings in the Bahamas.
His lawyer, Jerone Roberts, looking at from an affidavit signed Dec. 20, instructed the courtroom that Bankman-Fried was consenting to extradition in part owing to a “need to make the suitable prospects full.”
Bankman-Fried was “nervous to depart,” Roberts advised the court.
