Campaign finance costs against Sam Bankman-Fried are still on the desk and will be integrated in an indictment future 7 days towards the founder of failed crypto trade FTX, prosecutors explained in a letter to a Manhattan federal decide on Tuesday.

Bankman-Fried faces decades in prison if convicted on the first seven-count indictment, which centers all over an alleged multibillion-greenback fraud against FTX traders.
