European Union regulators on Monday mentioned that Apple is in breach of sweeping new tech procedures mainly because it does not allow clients of its Application Retail outlet to be steered to options.
The European Commission, the EU’s executive arm, also stated it had opened a new probe into Apple into new contractual terms with builders.
