The cap would be out there for a single yr from Jan. 1, 2023, explained EU electrical power commissioner, Kadri Simson.

The notion to cap charges has divided EU countries for numerous months. The Commission’s most current proposal will be debated by power ministers from the bloc’s 27 member countries on Thursday.
