Enphase Electrical power will lay off 10% of its world-wide workforce as aspect of a restructuring prepare, the solar company disclosed in a regulatory filing on Monday.

Enphase makers microinverters that change solar power into usable energy. The firm’s stock is down 53% this yr as superior interest rates have depressed desire, leaving the company saddled with inventory. Enphase has a market capitalization of $16.9 billion.

Enphase will also stop operations at agreement manufacturing crops in Wisconsin and Timisoara, Romania and resize its other deal plants, according to the enterprise. It will emphasis on producing microinverters at agreement vegetation in South Carolina and Texas.

Enphase reported it will acquire a $16 million to $18 million strike from restructuring and asset impairment costs, most of which will be booked in the fourth quarter of this calendar year.
