Delaware court denies Musk request to hold off Twitter trial but approves request to incorporate whistleblower statements

A Delaware court denied Elon Musk’s request to delay the demo in excess of his endeavor to abandon a $44 billion deal to purchase Twitter, in accordance to a new filing launched on Wednesday.

But the billionaire Tesla CEO will be permitted to increase promises from a Twitter whistleblower to his countersuit, Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick ruled.
