The Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers playoff activity has been postponed until Monday afternoon due to wintertime weather conditions, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul claimed Saturday.
The match was initially scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.
“I have been in interaction with @NFL commissioner Roger Goodell about the harmful ailments in Buffalo this weekend. In session with our crisis response teams, @BuffaloBills leadership, and the NFL, the Payments video game will be postponed to 4:30 pm Monday,” she stated in a publish on X.
The NFL and the Payments claimed in a statement that the postponement was in the “most effective fascination of general public safety.”
Western New York is predicted to be hit with a winter season storm commencing around 6 p.m. Saturday. Hochul mentioned it would be intense and said it could be the most “unsafe weather conditions problems in this location since the catastrophic blizzard of one particular calendar year ago.”
Forecasters mentioned the storm will be at its “fiercest” Sunday afternoon, the governor explained to reporters at a news briefing.

The video game marks the first round of the NFL playoffs and is the biggest sport of the time for both of those teams with the winner currently being a person stage closer to participating in in the Tremendous Bowl.
