A team of lawmakers will journey to California to meet up with with tech and media executives, like Apple CEO Tim Prepare dinner and Disney CEO Bob Iger, to talk about China-similar subject areas, CNBC has confirmed.

Bloomberg and Axios noted previously reported information of the trip.
