Apple’s Maryland keep personnel vote to authorize strike

Employees at Apple‘s store in Towson, Maryland, have voted in favor of authorizing a strike, the Worldwide Affiliation of Machinists and Aerospace Employees (Goal) stated in a assertion late on Saturday.

The day for work stoppage has nonetheless to be resolved, according to the union, which represents Apple’s retail retailer personnel in Maryland.

“The issues at the forefront of this action include issues about get the job done-everyday living balance, unpredictable scheduling practices disrupting personal life, and wages failing to align with the area’s price of residing”, IAM explained in the assertion.
