Apple will once more be barred from offering watches with blood oxygen sensors commencing Thursday, a federal appeals court stated Wednesday.

The ban could complicate Apple’s operations and weigh on its profits.

The U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the Federal Circuit lifted an interim stay which experienced beforehand permitted sales of the Apple View 9 to resume.

The decision is a blow to Apple, which was previously compelled to take away the most recent Apple Watches from its U.S. retailers for a number of days in December. Apple did not promptly respond to a request for comment on the denial.
