Former Disney CEO Michael Eisner on Friday issued a statement supporting Jimmy Kimmel, whose late-night show has been suspended indefinitely by Disney’s subsidiary ABC for comments about the killing of Charlie Kirk.

Eisner, in a tweet, blasted FCC Chairman Brendan Carr for “out-of-control intimidation” of ABC and Disney in the hours before the network said it was yanking “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” off the air on Wednesday night.

“Where has all the leadership gone?” asked Eisner.
