LONDON — The U.K. military on Wednesday explained they had recovered “a selection” of military operating horses just after the animals broke absolutely free during a program exercise and ran riderless as a result of central London.

The City of London Law enforcement reported before on Wednesday that they had contained two horses around Limehouse in east London.

“We despatched means to the scene including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a rapid response car or truck, and an incident response officer,” they extra.
