American Airways just designed a 214,000 square foot facility at Dallas-Fort Worthy of Intercontinental airport. It prepares up to 15,000 meals a working day, with the assist of robots, for much more than 800 flights every day. The new kitchen area attributes a lot more automation to keep up with demand from customers and to reduce catering delays as the selection of people today traveling breaks new records and globally desire is anticipated to double by 2040.
