North Korea fired two ballistic missiles off its east coastline, South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff members and the Japanese Coastline Guard reported on Wednesday, just several hours just before leader Kim Jong Un was predicted to meet President Vladimir Putin in Russia.
