Ukraine says Russia launches overnight drone assault on Kyiv

Russia launched an air assault on Kyiv early on Sunday, with blasts ringing out throughout the Ukrainian money and its location for virtually two hrs and drone particles slipping on a number of of the city’s central districts, Ukrainian officials stated.

Ukraine’s Land Forces said that the country’s air defense programs ruined 25 out of 32 Russia-released Iran-manufactured Shahed drones, most of which specific Kyiv and the Kyiv location.

There was no rapid comment from Russia about the attacks. Moscow has been conducting in close proximity to-nightly assaults on Ukraine’s territory. A Russian attack killed 17 on Wednesday in the eastern metropolis of Kostiantynivka, according to Ukrainian officers.
